Bath Voice News: BBC Radio 4 to examine the last movements of former Bath rugby player Levi Davis whose disappearance remains a mystery

By Harry Mottram: BBC Radio 4’s File on Four programme is to examine the last known whereabouts of Levi Davis the 24-year-old rugby player and X-Factor star who went missing in Barcelona at the end of October last year.

The programme at 8pm on Tuesday February 28, will examine his last known movements. After speaking to his family and friends to try and understand more about what happens when someone goes missing overseas without a trace reporter Rachel Stonehouse will try to throw light on the mystery.

Previously Levi Davis posted a video on social media saying “my life is in danger” days before he disappeared.

The 24 year-old outlined how he was being blackmailed by criminals who were threatening to kill him and his farious theories have been put forward including the idea he was in debt to gangsters. Others that he fell into the docks in Barcelona but so far no body has been found.

He was last seen on CCTV leaving an Irish bar in Barcelona on 29 October after travelling to the city from Ibiza.

Police found his passport and say his bank accounts have been unused. But his whereabouts are still unknown.

A £10,000 reward is being offered for information which leads to his discovery.
