Bear Flat Artists present their popular Christmas Art Fair and Market to showcase local creativity on Saturday 23rd November at the Methodist Church Hall, Bear Flat, Bath. The event features work by talented local artists and is a chance to buy original art and hand-made gifts direct.
Following the continued success of their annual Open Studios in May, this festive event brings together an array of work across artforms from more than 20 artists. It is an opportunity to meet the makers and find out about the different processes involved.
Artist’s showing includes ceramicists: Wendy Cornish, Yvonne Elston and Christine Watters. Glass artists: Suzanne Baginski and Sally Pollitzer. Illustrators: Lucy Begent, Rita Lazaro and Sammy Hayward. Mosaic artist: Lorelei Hunt. Jeweller: Marie Curtis. Painters: Vicki Cullen, Ben Hughes, Kristine O’Connor and Agnes Pollock. Photographers: James Halsall-Fox, Helena Miscioscia, Shay Parsons and Emily Slinger. Print makers: Carol Baines and Catharine Naylor. Sculptor: Amy Ng. Wood turner: Andy Cornish. Not forgetting festive decorations and cards on sale too.
