Dear Editor and the readers of Bath Voice News
From all of us at Genesis Trust, we wish you a Happy New Year!
And what a chilly start it has been. Winter can be a very difficult time for many of our clients. This is why our support, made possible by you, is so vital. Read this week’s article to hear more about how we help people during these cold months as well as what our Christmas provisions were like. Our Christmas Dinner, for example, was a wonderful time to share together.
Genesis Life Projects is only able to run because of your generous support. A big thank you to everyone who has already given to our Christmas Appeal. The appeal is open until Sunday 12th January. If you haven’t yet donated, please help us to model resiliance and reflect hope. Find more details below. Thank you for your support.
Together we can help our local homeless and vulnerable people, as they journey toward a better future this winter. On Thursday 19 December, Genesis Life Projects held our annual Christmas Dinner for homeless and vulnerable people in our community. Thank you to the wonderful volunteers from St John the Evangelist Church. The event offered a few hours of warmth and joy for our guests and showed them that their community cares for them. As we move through the winter months, read how we are providing warm items, a warm space and 1:1 support for homeless and vulnerable people in our community.
Thank you, Nick Mayo, CEO
